At ICE, we believe indoor air quality is one of the most overlooked aspects of a home comfort system. Call us if you notice that:
Poor air quality can impact your health and that of your family, particularly for those with pre-existing respiratory conditions. We are spending more time than ever indoors and it’s important that the air we breathe remains as fresh and clean as possible.
The best way to make sure you have high air quality in your home is through regular maintenance and cleaning visits.
ICE Comfort Club members receive a yearly maintenance visit and cleaning as part of their memberships, along with many other benefits.
During a maintenance and cleaning visit, we will replace your air filters where it is necessary and clean out your ductwork. This helps to remove all of the dust and debris that has accumulated since your last cleaning and could be causing allergies or asthma issues.
Our homes are becoming more energy efficient, and with energy efficiency comes a tighter built home. Unlike older houses that had air gaps between windows and doors and were poorly insulated, newer homes are sealed so that no air enters or escapes. However, this locks in all of the allergens, pollen, and other toxic agents. The great news is that we can help you to become comfortable again in your home!
