Our Guarantees
ICE Service Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with any of the services that we have provided, we will issue a full refund. If any of our team members use foul language, smoke in or around your home, are not respectful to you or your family, do not wear shoe covers while in your home, or do not clean up after themselves, you will not be responsible to pay for the service.
ICE Repair Guarantee
We will guarantee any repair made to your home comfort system for an entire year. If for any reason the part fails within the first year, we will repair it again at no charge.
Replacement Guarantees
Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee that the system we have installed in your home will cool your home as advertised. If the temperature range that we have promised is not achieved at the thermostat, we will replace the system at no charge to you.
No Lemon Guarantee
If the compressor in your new air conditioner fails within the first 5 years, we will install a completely new outdoor unit.
$500 Installation Date Guarantee
If we do not have your new home comfort system(s) installed and operating by the date promised, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.
Property Protection Guarantee
All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture, and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers will be worn while in your home and hall runners will be used on all work and traffic areas.
Green Guarantee
Any home comfort system that we install in your home will comply with all federal and local efficiency standards. The new system will have environmentally friendly refrigerants in it. We will also recover and dispose of the refrigerant in your old system per all EPA regulations.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that the equipment we have installed in your home will perform as advertised. If the system does not properly cool your home, we will modify, repair, or replace it until you are 100% satisfied for the first year following the date of installation.
